How do I get my download?
Your item should be available almost immediately. If you do not have the link while on the purchase page, check your email folders for a message about your order. You should see your order, title, and a link to click for your download. Once it has downloaded, you may see a tiny arrow appear at the top right of your computer screen. If you click on it, a tab with the file name should appear and open once you tap it to produce your product.
Will you have epubs again?
Possibly in the future. Our previous setup allowed epub and pdf deliveries. Currently, epubs would have to be emailed individually, so readers would need to wait until someone is available to provide those.
Will you have audiobook options?
We are considering creating a playlist of audio files for those who purchase audiobooks. That may come in the future.
Do you offer refunds on purchases?
No. You get immediate access to electronic/downloadable items for your use, so all sales are final. We suggest checking your cart, item count, product selection, and total to be sure everything is correct before placing an order.
