Since we’ve mentioned exercise, I figured I should add stretching as well. It’s a nice balance.
I didn’t have a particular reason for adding this blog other than the fact that I like how I feel after and during a nice stretch. It’s nice for unwinding at the end of the day. I can relax my mind and give some relief to sore muscles. It’s also nice to regain flexibility after recovering from an injury.
I hadn’t realized some of the benefits that come with stretching until recently.
- Helps reduce inflammation
- Helps with chronic pain
- Helps with range of motion
- May improve circulation
- May help relieve stress and tension headaches
One of the things I like about stretching is that I can pretty much do this anywhere.
